²FOR CREDIT AND MICROFINANCE SERVICES
All loans and credit products provided by LinkPay SL or its licensed partners are subject to eligibility, credit assessment, and approval. Failure to repay a loan in accordance with the agreed terms may result in penalties, additional charges, or recovery actions in line with applicable laws and regulations.
